This lovely light and spacious 3 bedroom Air- Conditioned villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport and Alicante airport. The Villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Guardamar or Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Accommodation is to a high standard throughout with marble and granite throughout and consists of:

Living Rooms: In the main area of the villa you will find a Hot/Cold Air conditioning unit, dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with Fire place, leather 3 and 2 seater settee and armchair, TV with channels and Hi Fi system..
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, all utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
Bedrooms: Ground Floor - 1st Bedroom is equipped with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, two single beds, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobes.
First Floor - Master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe and sun terrace.
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe and mirror. .
Bathrooms: The main bathroom with full-size bath, shower and screen, bidet, WC and wash hand basin.  The bathroom downstairs has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Other: Large Sun terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and hairdryer available.
Cleaning/towels/linen: Towels and bed linen included.


Outside

There is a porch with table and chairs, garden at the front. At the back you have a 6 x 3-metre swimming pool with roman steps, sun loungers.

Also large sun terrace on the first floor with sun loungers which is perfect for sunbathing all day.

Close by and well within 3 minute walk there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - within 10 minute walk, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Only a 5 minute drive from the La Marquesa golf course which has a club house a Large Supermarket and restaurants, shops and bars some offering night time entertainment.

A security fee is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or excessive cleaning after your departure. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and you can order a mid clean and linen change on a weekly basis.

Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred, but payment is also possible via £ cheque or paypal (allowing you to pay by credit card). All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit.

For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable.

Internet dongle, cot and highchair hire are also available.
