The Spanish Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends along the south-eastern section of the Mediterranean coast. The Coast is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.

Forests, dunes and beaches in perfect harmony inside a big virgin field, make Guardamar del Segura to be a paradise on the Costa Blanca. The town of Guardamar, with a population of just over 11,000, has historically played the role of guardian of the river Segura. Around 12 km of beach; pines; very old trees; a Mediterranean park with fountains and lakes that give life to squirrels, swans, fishes…

Guardamar strategic position on a hill over the Vega Baja made it the ideal settlement for the various peoples that inhabited this part of Spain. Guardamar owes its very existence and livelihood to the dunes that have shaped it. Activities around the restored mouth of the river include fishing, camel rides and the Molino de San Antonio. The municipal Marina de las Dunas is a splendid addition for tourism in Guardamar del Segura. It also offers 2 kilometres of the new navigable river course for small boats, a risk-free place for sea sports in a unique natural environment on the eastern coast of Spain. Ground Floor

Air- Conditioned living room with dining area which consists of dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and, TV.

Separate kitchen that consists of fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooker with hob and oven, microwave, iron with board and all other utensils.

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom  with double bed, large fitted wardrobes two bedside cabinets.

Air- Conditioned Bedroom 2 with two single beds fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Patio doors which lead out to sun terrace and a gate out to the communal pool.

Bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Lower Ground Floor

Air Conditioned  very spacious lounge with 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table,  2 chest of drawers, sideboard and TV.

First Floor

Landing leading out to spacious sun terrace with BBQ and sunloungers.

Air- Conditioned Bedroom 3 with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. With it's own private balcony.

Bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet and wash basin.

Situated within 5 minutes of probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca with beautiful walks through parklands and sand dunes and close to modern Marina with all the facilities it provides.

The property is suitable for families or couples and whether you’re here just to relax, or you’re here for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar. Large supermarket is just 400 meters from this property.

Within 15 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, 35 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies  which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
