Just up the road you have the 4* Campoamor hotel and golf resort, known for it's long wide fairways, lush greens and beautiful clubhouse. There is a brand new commercial area within walking distance and 5 minutes drive brings you to the famous Villamartin course and Plaza. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square and is home to a family of parakeets. The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.

There are EEC blue flag beaches, within 10 minute drive, the beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are 6 internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (5-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.

There is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hours drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Second bedroom is also furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. Both wardrobes contain a chest of drawers for further storage.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, 5-ring gas cooker with oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine is in the adjacent utility room, which also stores the balcony furniture.
In the main living area of the apartment you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is furnished with a double bed settee and another 2 seater couch, TV and CD player. Quality furniture is used throughout.
Outside
Large Communal Pool is adjacent to the property. Close by and well within 5 minute walk there is a large supermarket and plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment
The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 4 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
