The apartment is a north facing plot with a good sized roof terrace. Within walking distance (approx 5minutes)is a commercial centre with a wide variety of places to eat or have a drink. The supermarket, which has brilliant bargains is within 4 minute walk.

There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well-known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.

There are EEC blue flag beaches, within 5 minute drive, the beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (10-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned apartment you have the lounge area which is equipped with a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, coffee table and patio doors leading out to a shaded sun terrace with patio table and chairs. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there is a Supermarket, restaurants and plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Popular local markets are held on Saturdays - which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture back home for lunch.
