This apartment is only 10 minute walk from the sea and 2 minute drive from Torrevieja where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town has a number of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina.

This apartment is ideally situated for those that want to get the most out of a holiday, and is only 30 minutes from either Murcia or Alicante Airports. The apartment is in a quiet community next to the National Park and orange groves and away from main roads. The communal pool directly to the side. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance and a quick 3 minute drive takes you to Torrevieja town centre, with banks, bars and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and of course Spanish cuisine.

The local area Friday market is within walking distance and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 4 minute drive to safe white sandy beaches at La Mata or 3 minutes to the town of Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

Torrevieja was an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

2nd Bedroom is also equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom with a shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Costa Blanca Golf

Within 15 minute drive from this property there are 3 Golf courses. Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor 20 minute drive there is La Marquesa Golf Course and La Finca Golf Course which now has a New Hotel and clubhouse to service the Spanish Open.

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

Torrevieja Aquopolies Water Park is 5 minute drive and two more Water Parks both within 10 minute drive from this property in La Sista and Quesada
